Historically Waldorf Astoria had always partnered with specialist operators to run in their hotel and resorts spas. When the brand management saw an opportunity to create a new concept to roll out across their US spa portfolio, February were the brand design agency brought in to handle the job.

Brand creationWorking closely with the global spa team we developed a subtle tone of voice and unique signature mark for Waldorf Astoria Spa. Our work captured the essence of the parent brand, but importantly also hinted at the localised nature of treatments on offer at each spa.
